Rubber Patch(MPD183)

MAGPOW Rubber Patch is designed for the cold repair of punctures in bicycle, motorcycle and car inner tubes. Used with rubber solution, it creates a strong, flexible bond without heating for reliable and convenient repairs.

DESCRIPTION

Capability & Function

The circular patch features a semi-vulcanized bonding layer and a fully vulcanized reinforced layer. When used with rubber solution, the patch bonds firmly to the damaged area without heating, providing strength, flexibility and dependable sealing.

Application

Suitable for repairing punctures in inner tubes used in bicycles, motorcycles and cars.

Using Method

1. Locate the puncture and remove the object that caused the damage.

2. Clean and roughen the repair area to remove dust, grease and moisture.

3. Apply rubber solution evenly over an area slightly larger than the patch.

4. Remove the protective film, center the patch over the puncture and press firmly.

5. Press from the center outward to remove trapped air and ensure complete bonding.

Storage & Packing

1. Transport and handle in accordance with applicable requirements for chemical products.

2. Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry and shaded place.

3. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture under recommended storage conditions.
